Comments:
Waypoint 2 now involves either having to climb over a stone bench about two feet high, or going around the rink and traveling a short distance (maybe 100 feet) on the grass. However, cachers need not look through a panel at ground level any more.
No other waypoints have changed significantly.

Comments:
Some specifics: Waypoint #1 requires a short travel on grass. Waypoint #2 involves looking through a transparent surface at something below ground level. The routes to waypoints #3 and #6 involve gentle uphills/downhills but should pose no problem. Waypoints #XC1 and #XC3 (there is no #XC2 any more) are across the street from the others, so a street crossing is necessary.
My analysis as a non-disabled cacher is that this cache probably will not be any trouble for someone using wheeled assistance.
