Comments:

I'm the cache owner.  Most of the route to the cache (about 0.4 miles from parking) is wide, packed dirt with the occasional rut, rock, or weed.  However, the last 30-50 feet are off-trail, down a small, rather steep dirt hillside that has some loose rocks and vegetation.  There are also some scattered dead branches and live poison oak, but there are clear routes to the cache.

Bottom line: I would not recommend this cache for cachers requiring wheeled assistance, or who have bad knees or vertigo issues.
