Comments:

Nearest parking is at (49° 14.7727? N, 122° 48.3979? W), cache is ~30m/100ft from parking. It is a grass hill the entire way to cache coordinates and there are no curb cuts to get from the road or sidewalk onto the grass anywhere, the entire lawn is lined by a curb. Once near GZ there are lots of medium evergreen branches in the way though there is a sort of hole through the branches to get to the cache, the ground is dirt and grass with tree debris like sticks, pine ones, etc on top. The cache is ~5-6ft high if I remember correctly
