Comments:

Nearest street parking is directly in front of cache coordinates, the nearest curb cut is at (49° 15.3379? N, 123° 14.0416? W). It is paved all the way to the cache, there is some evergreen branches in the way of reaching for the cache, and it is about 4-5ft up if I remember correctly.
