Comments:

Nearest parking (free) is right beside the cache, there are no accessible stalls. Cache is down a narrow, uneven, humpy/bumpy and cracked tarmac paved path that has a downward slope, you are between a stone wall and a metal fence with no room to turn a wheelchair around so you will have to either reverse in or out to obtain the cache. Cache is at ~4ft height
