Comments:

There is a small parking lot right in front of the cache, to get onto the grass you have to go out the driveway, onto the road, then gravel, and then onto the grass as there aren’t curb cuts in the parking lot to get to where the cache is. It is grass around the cache. The cache is less than 0ft so reaching it while seated could be quite hard, hence the 5
