Comments:

Nearest parking is at (49° 12.0272? N, 123° 5.4981? W), there is no public transit routes on/to Mitchell Island so you’ll have to go quite a ways from the nearest bus stop if you’re not driving. My rating is based off of driving to the cache. Container is ~1ft off the ground, there is pavement and then grass for the last ~3-4ft getting to the cache site.
