Comments:

There are a few options for parking around this cache. Option 1 is at the firehall right by the cache, option 2 is across the street at BCIT, option 3 is at the small lot on the east side of Larry Berg Flight Path Park, and option 4 is on the west side of Larry Berg Flight Path Park. I’m unsure if the parking at the firehall is only for staff and if that’s enforced, same with BCIT. The east lot at the park does not have a paved sidewalk connecting you to the trail to the cache, only grass and a narrow gravel path. The west lot is gravel and just off of the paved access road, you can then take a paved path all the way to the cache. This rating is based off of parking at the west lot as that’s where I parked. It is flat and paved the whole way to the cache area which is a distance of ~400m, then at the immediate cache area it’s ~5m of grass on a knoll/hill that the sign is standing on, this is the only sloped portion when accessing this cache. The cache height is ~4ft
