Comments:

I'm the cache owner. Most of the trail (maybe 3/4 mile or so) is wide, level, packed dirt with the occasional rut, rock, or weed. But the last 30-40 feet to the cache is a very narrow dirt/rock/grass trail up a fairly steep (20%? 30%?) slope with no handholds (unless you like rusty barbed wire). I cannot recommend it for folks with weak knees or mobility issues that require wheeled assistance.
