Comments:

We parked at approximately 53°37.564'N, 2°36.646'W where there is plenty of lay by parking and apart from two gentle slopes the way is mostly flat and firm tow path but the distance is over a mile and there is a short stretch on grass with a curb or the same stretch on a high speed road with no curb. There is plenty of parking at approximately 53°36.692'N, 2°36.393'W where we have parked before, the distance to the cache from here is just over a quarter of a mile, still two slopes and the rest mostly flat and firm and that is the route I would recommend. There did appear, however, to be parking at approximately 53°36.918'N, 2°36.555'W, very close to the cache but that does depend on public access. The approximate point of access to that parking location would be 53°37.026'N, 2°36.534'W, I will rate it from there but the decision is yours as on street view I can't see what the signs say. From that parking location the route is fairly well paved but the cache is low. The final decision is; as always, yours. Hope this helps.

Cheers

Schnuz.

p.s. Please let me know if these reviews are in any way helpful as they are time consuming and reports would indicate that no-one uses this facility. I will continue to rate each cache I visit for at least six months but if I get no reply I may well knock it on the head. Of course if I get an affirmative reply after that I will resume the rating of caches.
