Comments:

There is plenty of on road parking near to the cache in the estate off West Way. There are lowered curbs and a chicane style fence to go through. The last twenty feet or so there is quite a lot of shrubbery to contend with. Bearing the last bit in mind I think chair users will struggle without assistance. Hope this helps.
