Comments:

There is parking at approximately 53°41.289'N, 2°43.282'W and most of the route is on well made footpaths and can be accessed from lowered curbs. The last couple of feet is on grass (unless your GPSr decides to lead you on a song and a dance like mine did), as always I leave the final decision to you. Hope this helps.
