Comments:

There is slightly cheeky customer parking at approximately 53°41.982'N, 2°42.794'W. The route is flat part way on paved surfaces with lowered curbs and then rough concrete and well crushed and run surfaces. The last twenty feet or so is on mud with a slightly narrow trail. I think that this one is accessible to all but help may be required for the final approach depending on abilities, obviously I leave the final decision, as always, to you. Hope this helps.
